The Farmhouse at Broad Downs

The Farmhouse at Broad Downs sits within 4 acres of meadows on the edge of Malborough, reached down a private lane. It sleeps up to 14 across five bedrooms, though bookings are capped at a maximum of 12 adults plus 2 children under 12, with up to 2 infants also permitted.

The open-plan living space has a vaulted ceiling and a double-sided wood burner, with a large dining area alongside. A separate sitting room downstairs has its own wood burner, exposed beams and doors onto a further terrace with sunbeds. A study, a snug and a utility room complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, the first-floor super-king bedroom has a dressing area and its own en-suite with a shower and a roll-top bath, alongside a double bedroom and a second double bedroom with an en-suite bath and shower. On the second floor, two family rooms each have a double and a single bed, served by a family bathroom, for three bathrooms across the house in total.

The kitchen has a range-style stove, an additional electric oven, a larder fridge and a further fridge freezer, plus a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Outside, the patio has seating, a gas BBQ and a fire pit, and a cedar hot tub can be booked in advance for an extra charge. Off-road parking is provided, two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the house is no smoking.
