The Croft

The Croft is a stone barn conversion under two miles from Holsworthy, with feature stone walls and oak flooring throughout. The owners live in a neighbouring property, and a sister cottage, Post House, sleeps a further four nearby. The Croft sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A ground-floor bedroom has a four-poster super-king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and WC, useful for a group that includes grandparents. Narrow doorways and steps up to and within the property mean it is unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms, a super-king that can be split into a twin on request and a twin room, sharing a second bathroom. Downstairs, an open-plan living area has leather sofas, a dining area and a breakfast bar, with the kitchen fully equipped including an air fryer.

Outside, the enclosed garden has furniture, a patio, lawn areas and a barbecue, plus access to a shared field for play. Off-road parking is provided for two cars.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not permitted. A cot, stairgate and highchair are all available on request, oil heating covers the property, and the pub and shop are less than two miles away, with the coast under ten miles.
