Detached Broadwoodwidger cottage with a private garden, adults preferred

The Coach House stands on the grounds of a former vicarage in Broadwoodwidger, reached along a quarter-mile private drive. This detached, 19th-century property has the kitchen, living/dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor, with two bedrooms upstairs: a double with window seats and a single with views over the neighbouring fields.

The kitchen is fitted for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's a TV with DVD player in the living room. Heating is electric throughout, and a stairgate is available on request. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent.

Outside, the rear lawn is enclosed, with a table and chairs for sitting out. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. WiFi isn't currently available at the property, though there's good 4G coverage from most networks, and the shop is 4.7 miles away with a pub 4.2 miles.

No pets are allowed, and babies and children aged 0 to 12 can't be accommodated. From June to September the property takes weekly bookings only, starting on a Saturday; outside that period the minimum stay is 5 nights. Smoking isn't permitted in the garden or the house.
