The Coach House, The Grove

The Coach House sits in Combe Martin, a converted former coach house set up for couples or solo guests rather than families: it's an adults-only property, not suitable for children or babies. The open-plan living space has a corner sofa, and a spiral staircase leads up to the bedroom, so it's worth planning around if stairs are difficult for anyone in your group.

The double bedroom has a TV, a walk-in wardrobe and a Juliet balcony. The first-floor bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi bath for two, an overhead shower, basin and WC; a bath mat is provided and guests are asked to take care using the Jacuzzi.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and an ice machine, though there's no freezer. Electric underfloor heating, fuel and power are included in the rent, and a washer/dryer and Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi cover practical needs and evenings in.

Outside, a rear gravelled area behind the parking has furniture for sitting out. One car can park in the shared parking area, used jointly with the owner. Smoking is not permitted. One small dog can be accepted, but only after checking with the owner first, and guests are asked to bring their own dog basket. The changeover day is Friday.
