Beech Cottage

Beech Cottage is a single-storey stone cottage on the edge of Combe Martin, with everything on one level and a garden that opens onto open countryside. It sleeps two in a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, making it a base for a couple rather than a family let.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove, with fuel, power and a starter pack included in the rent, alongside a sofa, armchair and a large TV. The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, though the freezer and tumble dryer are kept in a nearby garage for guests to use. The double bedroom sits beside the kitchen, next to a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a lawn and patio for outdoor seating, looking over open countryside. Off-road parking is provided for one car, and WiFi covers the cottage for evenings in. A cot and a highchair are available on request for a younger guest.

Beech Cottage takes one well-behaved pet, with a supplement charged for any additional pet. Smoking is not permitted, and electric car charging is not available on site. From June to September, stays must start on a Saturday and run for a minimum of five nights; Sunday arrivals aren't accepted at any time of year.
