Set on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, this single-storey annexe in Southcott near Okehampton sleeps two and is arranged entirely on one level. A king-size bedroom, shower room with WC, lounge, and kitchen are all accessible without stairs, and underfloor heating keeps the space comfortable on cooler Dartmoor evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and a slimline dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar for informal meals. The lounge looks out over neighbouring fields and the adjacent golf course, and has a Smart TV for quieter evenings in. A dining table in the lounge gives a second option for sit-down meals.

Outside, a patio with furniture and a fire pit makes a practical spot for evenings after a day on the moors. Parking is provided for one car on the private driveway, which is monitored by a Ring doorbell recording the front approach only. A pub and shop are around three miles away, and two dogs are welcome with a possible additional charge.

Okehampton is three miles from the door and a useful base for provisions, with a Victorian shopping arcade and Norman castle. Dartmoor's walking and cycling routes are accessible directly from the property, with High Willhays eight miles out and Roadford Lake Activity Centre around thirteen miles for water sports.
