Sunnydene

Sunnydene is a contemporary, ground-floor apartment in Paignton, close to the beach and town amenities. It sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms, and comes with a private parking space for one car.

The open-plan living space has an illuminated granite-topped kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a breakfast bar seating four. The sitting area has a TV and Xbox, and bi-fold doors open onto the courtyard. Both double bedrooms have their own TV, and the shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Bi-fold doors lead out to a courtyard with AstroTurf, furniture and a private bubbling hot tub, a spot to unwind after a day at the beach. There are three TVs in total across the apartment, plus an Xbox for evenings in.

Paignton itself has restaurants, pubs and cafes within walking distance, along with Paignton Pier and the town's sandy beach. Paignton Zoo Environmental Park and Victoria Park are both nearby for a day out.

Sunnydene does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The shop is 0.3 miles away, and the pub and beach are both 0.4 miles.
