Clements Cottage

Clements Cottage is a traditional terraced fisherman's cottage in Paignton, with an open-plan living area on entry. A fireplace and comfortable sofas sit in the living space, and the kitchen has white units with black counter tops and a dining table for 4. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

Both bedrooms, a double and a twin, are upstairs, each finished with patterned decor. The ground floor holds the bathroom, with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, plus a separate cloakroom with a basin and storage space for coats and bags.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine, and there's a Smart TV with Freeview and WiFi, a selection of books and games. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and doors from the living area open onto an enclosed patio with furniture for socialising.

Clements Cottage welcomes two well-behaved pets, for an extra charge per stay. Parking is seasonal: roadside parking near the cottage, on one side of the road only, is unavailable from May to September, with a chargeable car park around 200 metres away and free parking in the surrounding streets year-round. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop and pub are a five-minute walk, with Paignton's long sandy beaches and harbour close by.
