Apartment 4 10 Somers Court

Apartment 4 10 Somers Court is a first-floor apartment in the centre of Paignton, close to the seafront, harbourside pub and town centre. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a breakfast bar and a sitting area, with Smart TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms and a private balcony for evenings out or morning coffee.

One king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, while the second king-size room can convert to a twin on request and shares a further bathroom fitted the same way. The apartment sleeps 4 across the two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and gas central heating covers the flat. WiFi, a hairdryer, iron and board and fans are also provided, with an information pack left in the apartment for guests.

A dedicated parking space is available from check-in to check-out, though the car park is reasonably steep and commercial vehicles are not permitted. There is no lift and stairs lead up to the building's front door, so the apartment will not suit anyone unable to manage steps. No pets are allowed, the property is no smoking, and hen or stag bookings are not accepted.
