Sunny Bank

Sunny Bank is a semi-detached house in Babbacombe village, close to St Marychurch and its shops, cafes and pub. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, all on the lower-ground floor, and the sitting room on the entry level has sea views over Lyme Bay. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent.

The reverse-level layout puts the living space on the entry floor and all three bedrooms below: two twin rooms and a double, sharing a single bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, basin and WC, so it suits a group comfortable with one bathroom between them. A lower-ground-floor conservatory gives extra space to sit with a drink before heading out into the garden.

The sitting and dining room and kitchen are on the entry level, with a microwave, electric oven and hob, coffee machine and fridge/freezer in the kitchen, plus a Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi in the sitting room, and a dining area that seats the whole group. Outside, the enclosed lawned garden has a sitting-out area, garden furniture and a barbecue for evenings in.

Private parking is provided for two cars. Sunny Bank does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. The nearest shop is around half a mile away and the pub about 0.6 miles, with Torquay and its marina and sandy beach around 1.5 miles further on.
