2 Chapelstones

2 Chapelstones is a second-floor apartment in St Marychurch, Torquay, reached via an external staircase and looking out over the pedestrian precinct. Shops, restaurants and tearooms are a short walk from the door.

The apartment has two king-size bedrooms, one of which can be zip-linked into twin beds on request, both served by a family shower room with a shower cubicle and basin, plus a separate WC. The apartment sleeps 4, though it does not accept children under 6 years old, and bookings run to a 4-night minimum stay.

The kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge, a countertop freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The sitting room has a Smart TV and a dining area, and a second Smart TV and WiFi are also provided. Central heating runs through the flat with an electric fire in the sitting room, and fuel and power are included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for one car, and a table and chairs are set out for a small outside seating area. 2 Chapelstones does not accept pets and is strictly no smoking, with a shop and pub both around 0.1 miles away.
