Saltwater Cottage is an Edwardian terraced cottage in Babbacombe, near St Marychurch, down a quiet street a short walk from the shops and the beach. The ground floor holds a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, a kitchen, a utility room and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a compact children's bunk room, each with hard wooden floors, alongside a family bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, basin and WC and a first-floor study that doubles as a cot room. Highchair and travel cot are available on request.

The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's a TV with Netflix and WiFi throughout. Gas central heating runs alongside the woodburning stove, with fuel, power and a starter pack for the stove included in the rent.

There's no parking at the cottage itself; guests can stop to unload before parking in a nearby public car park. Roadside parking is also listed for the area. An enclosed rear courtyard has furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. No pets are allowed and the cottage is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.4 miles.
