Shell Bay

Shell Bay is a second-floor apartment reached via an external wooden walkway with its own private entrance, set above the beach at Woolacombe. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has sea views and a Smart TV, and the kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer for self-catering.

The property has one double bedroom leading off the hallway, plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. This layout suits two guests, and up to two dogs can stay with the owner's permission, though additional charges may apply.

Outside, guests share access to an enclosed communal patio area overlooking the beach and sea, reached via steep steps from the apartment. A charcoal BBQ can be used here on request direct with the owner, though the communal areas are non-smoking under the insurance regulations that apply to the complex. External storage is provided for beach equipment, which is useful given the short walk down to the sand.

Parking for one car is available at the top of the property, with access to the apartment itself down a flight of steep steps, so this may not suit guests who find stairs difficult. Pubs and shops are a short distance away, and internet access is provided within the apartment.
