Sea Birds - Croyde

Sea Birds sits in Croyde, a North Devon village long favoured by surfers, with the beach, a pub and shops all within half a mile on foot. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits couples or a small family looking for a compact base close to the coast.

The open-plan lounge and kitchen forms the main living space, with a corner sofa and Smart TV for evenings in. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, plus a microwave for quick meals. Wifi is available throughout.

Of the two bedrooms, the double has its own en-suite shower room with WC, while the triple bunk room, made up of a single over a double, has sea views and shares access to a second shower room with WC elsewhere in the property. One bedroom is on the ground floor; this may suit guests who prefer fewer stairs, though it is not the same as step-free access.

Outside, a lawned garden at the front is enclosed and there is a decked patio area to the rear with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue, useful for dining outside on fine evenings. Parking is limited to one car on-site. Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and hairdryers and towels are provided as standard.
