Sandyholme

Set behind sand dunes with a sandy path leading towards the water, this two-bedroom chalet in Croyde sleeps four and accepts two dogs. The beach itself is around half a mile away, reachable on foot. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has hard flooring throughout, a Smart TV and a dining table seating four. The kitchen runs to white units with a fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer, practical for surf kit and sandy clothes. The master bedroom has a double bed with hanging storage; the second bedroom has twin singles. The single bathroom features grey-tiled walls, a shower over the bath and a WC.

The rear garden is fully enclosed and includes a patio area, a practical space for dogs and younger visitors. Off-road parking is provided for one car. Internet access is available at the property. Note that beach towels are not provided, so pack your own.

The village has three pubs serving food, a shop and places to hire beach equipment. The South West Coast Path can be joined locally for walks towards Baggy Point and Saunton Sands.
