Sandy Toes

Sandy Toes is a bungalow set in an elevated position in Paignton, within walking distance of Goodrington Beach, with sea views from the terraced garden. A slope and steps lead up to the property, and the multi-level garden is also terraced, so it will not suit guests with limited mobility. The bungalow sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed that can divide into two single beds on request, and the second bedroom has a double bed; both share the family bathroom, which has a bath and a quadrant shower. A separate utility room with a basin and WC has restricted head height.

The kitchen has a double oven, an induction hob, a grill, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, and there's a Smart TV in both the kitchen/diner and the sitting room. The multi-level garden has enclosed terraces with decking, a barbecue and furniture, taking in the sea views. Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sandy Toes does not take pets, and smoking is not permitted. A highchair and travel cot are available, and bookings run to a minimum stay of 3 nights. The shop is 0.7 mile away and the pub 0.5 miles.
