Sandcastles

Sandcastles is a single-storey, chalet-style cottage in Croyde, with a double bedroom and a twin for four guests. Both bedrooms have televisions. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC, so there is no bath in the listed bathroom arrangement. Two dogs are welcome, with possible additional charges.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting space has chairs, a TV and an electric fire with a wood-burner effect. This is an electric appliance, so there is no need to bring logs. Cooking equipment includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge/freezer. A washer-dryer is also provided for clothes and beach gear.

Outside, the small lawn has garden furniture but is not enclosed. A separate patio at the rear is enclosed, a useful distinction when choosing somewhere to stay with dogs. There is private parking for one car and an on-site Go Zero EV charge point. Charging instructions are supplied in the property's welcome pack.

The shop, pub and Croyde Beach are within half a mile. Bring your own beach towels. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests, and Woolacombe is five miles away for another beach day. Check-in starts at 4pm and departure is before 10am. Both bedrooms are on one floor; check the entrance route with the owner if steps would be a problem.
