This two-bedroom apartment sits above Putsborough Beach, around 150 metres from the sand, with Croyde roughly 1.5 miles away along the coast. Sleeping four guests, it suits couples or a small family wanting easy access to the beach and the South West Coast Path, which passes close by for walkers.

Inside, a split-level open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner is arranged around a picture window looking out to sea, with doors that open onto a patio furnished for outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air-fryer and coffee machine, and there's a washing machine and Smart TV for evenings in.

The king-size bedroom and the twin room, made up with two single beds, each have their own en-suite shower room, while a further family bathroom offers a bath with shower over. Access to the apartment is via stairs, and the split-level living space also has internal steps, so this arrangement won't suit everyone. Guests can use a shared heated indoor swimming pool on site, and allocated parking is provided for one car.

A shop and pub lie around 1.5 miles from the apartment, useful for provisions or an evening out without driving far. Wifi is available throughout the stay. Dogs cannot be accommodated at this property, so it's best suited to guests travelling without pets.
