Riviera Heights

Riviera Heights is a second-floor apartment in Paignton, on a quiet road close to the town's harbour and Goodrington Sands. The apartment is reached via a sweeping driveway, and the living/dining room has a Velux window, a three-seater sofa and a Smart TV, with both bedrooms enjoying sea views.

The king-size bedroom has its own TV and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The twin bedroom, which can be set up as a double with a zip/link bed on request, shares a second shower room fitted the same way, and the apartment sleeps 4 across the two rooms, both with plenty of storage for luggage and belongings.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine, and gas central heating covers the flat. A digital radio and WiFi cover mornings and evenings in, and the dining table seats the full party for meals before an evening out in town.

Parking for one car is available at no extra cost, though commercial vehicles cannot park on the forecourt and free on-street parking can be found nearby on Belle Vue Road. The apartment is reached via steps with no lift, so it will not suit anyone unable to manage stairs. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking throughout, with the shop and pub both under half a mile away.
