This apartment sits on a quiet back street in Bideford, reached via a rear private entrance and an internal flight of stairs up to the main living space. Once inside, high windows frame river views across an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, giving the accommodation a bright, sociable feel suited to family parties or groups travelling together.

The apartment sleeps up to ten across five bedrooms. Three king-size rooms each come with their own en-suite shower room and WC, while two further twin bedrooms share use of a separate bathroom fitted with a freestanding bath, shower and WC. The kitchen is well equipped for group catering, with two electric ovens, a five-ring induction hob, an American-style fridge/freezer, a wine cooler, a Nespresso machine and two dishwashers, plus a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer just off the hallway.

Outside, a contemporary enclosed terrace opens directly from the lounge through bi-folding doors and is furnished with rattan seating, suited to a morning coffee or an evening drink rather than outdoor play. There is no lawned garden at the apartment itself, though public green space along the river is a short stroll away. Dedicated off-road parking for up to five cars, including an EV charging point, is located a five-minute walk from the door, with limited access to drive directly outside the property early morning and from late afternoon.

A Smart TV with Sky TV and a Sonos sound system are fitted in the lounge, and a stairgate, travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Pubs and shops are within walking distance, and the apartment is decorated for Christmas over the festive season.
