Primrose Lodge

Primrose Lodge is a single-storey dwelling in the village of Norton, near Dartmouth in South Devon. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, reached down a flight of external steps from the off-road parking, with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower room with a heated towel rail, and the twin bedroom shares the main bathroom, which has a bath, a shower over, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. A hallway at the entrance gives space to store walking gear and boots.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, an air fryer, a microwave, fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a wine chiller, and the sitting area has a Smart TV, an electric fire and WiFi. Gas central heating covers the lodge, with fuel and power included in the rent.

An enclosed front decked area has furniture for outdoor meals, and off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, each with its own EV charging point operated by an app. The lodge sits on the edge of a caravan park, so camper vans can be nearby at times, and a bus stop close by serves Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe.

Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are welcome (confirm how many when booking). The shop is around 1.3 miles away and the pub about 2 miles, with Dartmouth itself roughly 2.8 miles by road.
