Pebble Lodge

Pebble Lodge is a semi-detached house in Paignton, reached by around 20 stone steps up to a private front terrace garden with far-reaching seaside views over the beachfront. The house sleeps 6 across three en-suite bedrooms.

On the ground floor, a twin bedroom has an en-suite corner bath and a day bed with a pull-out bed is served by a separate ground-floor shower room; both rooms have their own TV. The king-size bedroom is on the first floor, with exceptional sea views and an en-suite walk-in shower. A conservatory sits off the entrance, and the living/dining room has a Smart TV alongside four further TVs around the house.

The kitchen has a gas range cooker with a 6-ring hob, an electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and WiFi covers the whole property. A multi-level rear garden has Astroturf, a swing seat and a dining seating area, rising to an external lodge with an air hockey table, TV and sofa.

Off-road parking is provided for one car, with further roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Pebble Lodge takes no pets and is no smoking. The property has around 20 stone steps to the exterior and more towards the entrance and garden, so it suits guests comfortable with stairs. A shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 1.1 miles and the beach 1.9 miles.
