Ocean Retreat

Ocean Retreat is a three-storey house in Goodrington, near Goodrington Sands and about 1.9 miles from Paignton. A ground-floor utility room with a washing machine and WC leads up to an open-plan first-floor living space, with a kitchen, dining area and a breakfast bar, and a sitting area with a Smart TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are on the second floor: a king-size that can convert to a twin, and a second king-size room with its own en-suite shower and sea views. A second-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Smart TV, WiFi and full fibre broadband cover the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden gives space to sit out, and off-road parking is provided for 1 car, with additional visitor parking nearby. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. The nearest shop and pub are both 0.5 miles away, with the beach 0.6 miles away.

Ocean Retreat does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. During June, July and August the property only accepts Saturday-to-Saturday bookings.
