Number 1 Marina Court is an apartment in Torquay, reached down a few steps from street level, with large windows that frame sea views across the open-plan living space. Guests are advised to take care on the steps down to the property. The apartment sleeps 2 across two bedrooms, and a welcome pack of teas and coffees is provided on arrival.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC. The second, also king-size, can be split into twin beds on request, and a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves the rest of the apartment.

A private terrace with furniture looks out over the sea, a good spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, and there is also a communal garden to sit out in.

Roadside parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis, with a public car park close by. Number 1 Marina Court welcomes one well-behaved pet, which should not be left unattended at the property. The shop is 0.8 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles and the beach 0.1 miles, so the harbour and seafront are all within easy walking distance. Smoking is not permitted.
