North Gate Stable

North Gate Stable is a single-storey conversion close to South Molton, with shops, pubs and restaurants around two miles away. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one twin, served by a single bathroom fitted with a bath, separate shower and WC.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the main living space, with the kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric and underfloor heating run through the property, and there is a TV in the lounge. Internet access is available for guests who need to stay connected during their stay.

Outside, an enclosed garden combines a patio and lawn area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue, set against open countryside views. A private hot tub is available for guest use, though towels for this and for beach trips need to be brought from home. Off-road parking is provided on site, with ample space for guests arriving by car.

Up to three dogs can stay by prior arrangement, with additional charges applying, and there is a dog exercise paddock on site that is shared with other cottages in the complex. A travel cot and highchair are available for families travelling with young children. North Gate Stable can also be booked together with North Gate Barn, which sleeps six, for larger groups wanting adjoining accommodation.
