North Gate Barn

North Gate Barn sleeps six across three first-floor bedrooms, comprising two king-size rooms and a twin with its own TV. One king-size room has an en-suite shower room with WC, while the remaining bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a roll-top bath, separate shower and WC.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge with a coal-effect electric fire and Smart TV, and a kitchen/diner equipped with a range-style electric oven and hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has its own TV and seating for the whole party.

Outside, the enclosed garden has furniture for al fresco meals, a charcoal barbecue and a private hot tub, for which towels are provided (guests should bring their own beach towels separately). A shed offers secure bike storage, and there is ample off-road parking on site. A dog exercise paddock is available, shared with other cottages on the complex, and up to two dogs can stay for an additional charge.

The barn sits near South Molton, with shops, pubs and restaurants around two miles away. It can also be booked alongside neighbouring North Gate Stable, which sleeps four, for larger group stays. Arrival is from 16:30 and departure before 10:00.
