Muntham - Studio Apartment 7

Muntham Studio Apartment 7 sits on the first floor of a Victorian house in Torquay, one of a group of holiday apartments in the same converted building. The open-plan layout combines a sitting area, kitchen, dining area and king-size bed in one room, with original artwork by Devon artists on the walls. The apartment sleeps 2.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A Smart TV, DAB radio and WiFi are provided, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

Off-road parking is available for one car, with EV charging on offer too, and the landscaped communal garden has furniture for sitting out. A communal laundry room close by holds coin-operated washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities, and a welcome pack is left for arrival.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and dogs should not be left unattended at the property. Smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are both 0.2 miles away and the beach is 0.7 miles, an easy walk from this part of Torquay on the English Riviera.
