Muntham Studio Apartment 5

Muntham Studio Apartment 5 is a first-floor studio in Torquay, part of a group of holiday apartments converted from a single Victorian house. The king-size bed sits within the same room as a dining area and a sitting area by a bay window, and the studio looks out over a rose garden. The apartment sleeps 2.

A compact kitchen holds an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. Central heating runs throughout, and a Smart TV and WiFi cover the evenings in, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, with EV charging also available nearby for electric cars. Guests can use the communal garden, with its lawn and furniture, and a communal utility room close by has coin-operated washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities for longer stays.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and it should not be left unattended at the property. The shop is 0.9 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.8 miles, all within reach on foot from this part of Torquay, on the English Riviera.
