Muntham Apartment 6

A grand staircase leads up to Muntham Apartment 6, a first-floor flat in Torquay that looks out over a rose garden, with distant glimpses of the sea beyond it. The living and dining room has a chandelier, artwork and a carpeted floor, and the king-size bedroom carries the same feature wallpaper through from the living space. The apartment sleeps 2.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Two Smart TVs, a DAB radio and WiFi are provided, and central heating covers the flat throughout the year.

Off-road parking is available for 1 car, with EV charging also on offer, and the communal garden has a lawn and seating shared with the other Muntham apartments in the building. A communal utility room close by holds coin-operated washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities for longer stays.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and it should not be left unattended at the property. The shop is 0.9 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.8 miles, all within easy reach of this part of Torquay, on the English Riviera.
