High ceilings and a bright open-plan layout set the tone at Muntham Apartment 4, a first-floor flat in Torquay within a group of Victorian holiday apartments converted from a single period house. The living space combines a sitting area, dining area and kitchen in one room, with the king-size bedroom and shower room leading off it. The apartment sleeps 2.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A Smart TV, DAB radio and WiFi are provided, and central heating covers the flat, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

Outside, there is a parking space and an EV charging point for electric cars, plus a landscaped communal garden with furniture, shared with the other Muntham apartments in the building. A communal laundry room nearby has coin-operated washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities, and a welcome pack is left for arrival.
