Mill Cottage stands in the centre of Cockington Village, a preserved settlement of stone-washed walls and thatched roofs set within a secluded wooded valley. This restored mill sleeps four guests across two bedrooms. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.

The ground floor comprises an open-plan living and dining space with hard wooden flooring and comfortable sofas overlooking the nearby river. A contemporary kitchen is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors at the rear open onto an enclosed courtyard garden with views towards the river and rolling countryside beyond. Upstairs, the spacious king-size bedroom features a mezzanine viewing gallery overlooking the lounge. The twin bedroom sits under the cottage eaves and contains two trundle beds. A family bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle and vaulted beamed ceiling serves both rooms; a separate cloakroom with WC is also provided.

A welcome pack, travel cot and highchair are available. Smart TV, hairdryer and tumble dryer are included. Private parking for one medium-size car sits on site, and a complimentary car park pass valid at most Torbay car parks is provided for the duration of your stay. Internet access is available.
