Meadow Thatch

Meadow Thatch is a thatched cottage in the village of Cockington Village, close to a beach. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep 6. A ground-floor king-size bedroom looks over the front garden and sits across the hall from a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms: a super-king-size that can be split into twin beds on request, with a sofa bed able to sleep two children, and a king-size room. Both share a family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower. The kitchen has exposed beams and a breakfast bar, opening onto a living/dining room with a woodburning stove and patio doors to the garden.

Outside there are three enclosed gardens split by a stream. At the front, a lawn runs alongside the stream with a gravel seating area. To the rear, two further gardens offer lawn and seating, including a raised platform with furniture and a barbecue. Wi-Fi is available, though it can be intermittent because of the property's location.

Meadow Thatch takes two well-behaved pets. Off-road parking is available, and the shop is 0.9 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 1.2 miles. A highchair and travel cot can be provided on request. Smoking is not permitted inside.
