Meadfoot Bay Apartment at Hesketh Crescent

Meadfoot Bay Apartment occupies the first floor of Hesketh Crescent, a Grade II listed Regency terrace in Torquay. Steps lead up from the designated parking space at the rear of the building to the front door, and the open-plan living space has dual-aspect windows that let in light from both sides.

The single bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV. A compact bathroom completes the apartment, with a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The apartment sleeps 2.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a coffee maker, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi. Central heating covers the apartment, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

One car can use the allocated parking space at the rear of the building, a two-minute walk from the property; the Crescent itself is covered by ANPR cameras, and cars driving in only have 20 minutes' grace before a fine, so guests are best moving straight to the allocated space. The shop is 0.8 miles away, the pub 0.9 miles and the beach 0.8 miles. Meadfoot Bay Apartment does not accept pets and is non-smoking throughout.
