This ground-floor apartment sits directly on the sand at Croyde, with a private gate leading straight onto the beach. It suits couples or two families sharing, sleeping up to four guests within easy reach of the coastal walking routes towards Baggy Point.

Both bedrooms are en-suite and fitted with super-king-size zip-and-link beds, which can be arranged as twins if requested in advance. One en-suite has a shower and WC, while the other has a walk-in shower and WC. The open-plan lounge and diner opens into a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, covering the essentials for cooking breakfast, packing a lunch or preparing an evening meal without leaving the property.

A private balcony and a lawned area with benches face the beach, giving a place to sit with a coffee before heading down to the water. Onsite parking is included, and a highchair and travel cot can be arranged on request for guests travelling with young children. The property lies within a mile of local shops and pubs, and Saunton Golf Club is around two miles away for visiting golfers. Note that the Oceanfest festival takes place in a nearby field from 20th to 22nd June 2026, which may affect noise levels for guests staying over that weekend.

Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. The beach sits around ten metres from the apartment, and Woolacombe, popular for surfing and paddleboarding, is under five miles away for a change of scene during a longer stay.
