This two-storey apartment sits directly beside the sand in Croyde, with a private gate leading straight onto the beach. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits couples or small groups wanting to be close to the water without the walk down from the village.

Living space is arranged on the ground floor as an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with sofas set around a Smart TV and views out over Croyde Bay from the lounge. The kitchen looks towards the South West Coast Path and is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine, with dining space for all guests at the table.

The two bedrooms comprise a super-king-size zip-and-link room that can be split into a twin on request, and a twin room with its own view over the beach. The single bathroom has a shower over the bath together with the WC.

Outside, a lawned area with benches overlooks the beach, and the private gate gives direct access onto the sand for early starts or evening walks. On-site parking is provided, and shops and pubs are within walking distance. One dog is welcome, with additional charges applying. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
