Little Willesleigh

Little Willesleigh is a ground-floor holiday home attached to the owners' bungalow in Goodleigh, a quiet North Devon village on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The property is for adults only, and a stream runs through the owners' garden nearby.

The living area has two leather sofas and a conservatory overlooking the enclosed side garden, which guests have exclusive use of. The super-king-size bedroom, which can be set up as a twin on request, has an en-suite walk-in shower, and the fitted kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Outside, the enclosed side garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, with views across the gardens to the countryside beyond. An EV charging point is available on site, and secure bike storage is in the garage, useful for cyclists or motorbikers making use of the on-site parking.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, though pets must not be left unattended or allowed on the furniture, and flea treatments should be kept up to date. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and five external steps lead up to the property. The village pub is a five-minute walk away and offers home-cooked food and local ales, and Barnstaple, with its Pannier Market and independent shops, is 3 miles.
