Little Rondeval

Little Rondeval is a well-presented annex attached to the owner's home, on a quiet road on the edge of Totnes. It sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms upstairs, each with velux windows, served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, plus a separate cloakroom with basin and WC downstairs. A folding bed suitable for a child is available on request.

The open-plan living space downstairs holds the kitchen, dining and sitting area, fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, a fridge with a separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a table-top ironing board and iron. Central heating covers the annex, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent, and there's a TV with WiFi.

Outside, a rear courtyard patio has furniture, a spot for a glass of wine on a warm evening, and a shed for bike storage. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, useful for families bringing young children.

It's a walk down the hill into the historic market town centre of Totnes, where independent shops, cafes, restaurants and art galleries line the streets. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, with additional roadside parking usually available. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking and vaping are not permitted, and the shop is around 0.4 miles away, the pub about 0.5 miles.
