Kosi Kot

Kosi Kot is a one-bedroom cottage set in a quiet rural location on the edge of Exmoor, sleeping two adults. The ground-floor king-size bedroom connects to a deluxe shower room fitted with a rainwater showerhead, handheld attachment and WC. Upstairs, a dressing room and office space is reached by a paddle staircase from the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, worth bearing in mind if stairs are a concern.

The open-plan living area has limestone flooring, a wood burner with the first basket of logs included, and a Smart TV. Kitchen equipment covers an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, air fryer and microwave. Two parking spaces are provided on site, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Outside, a private patio with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ suits alfresco dining, and the hot tub is reserved for guests' exclusive use. South Molton, a market town with shops, pubs, restaurants and a pannier market selling local produce and crafts, is around five miles away. A pub is 1.7 miles from the cottage, a shop 2.8 miles and the nearest beach approximately 15 miles.

The Tarka Trail and Exmoor walking routes are within easy driving distance, and red deer and Exmoor ponies roam the surrounding moorland. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. No dogs are permitted at this property.
