The owners hold fly fishing rights on the river, though a licence or permit is required to use them. Sleeping up to four across two bedrooms, the property suits couples or small families looking for a rural base.

An entrance hall gives space for boots and coats, useful given the outdoor tap provided for muddy paws. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and French doors open onto the garden.
