Grange Cottage

Grange Cottage is a converted barn on a working arable farm on the edge of Coldridge, a hilltop village in mid-Devon with views across rolling farmland toward Dartmoor. It sleeps 6 across three first-floor bedrooms: a king-size, a double and a twin, each looking out over the surrounding countryside.

A family bathroom with a bath, a shower over the bath, basin and WC serves the bedrooms, and there is a separate downstairs cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The open-plan living room combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas-effect wood burner, and the dining table seats all six guests. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and a Smart TV and WiFi cover evenings in. Oil-fired central heating with underfloor heating runs through the cottage, and a highchair is available for younger guests.

Outside, an enclosed front patio has furniture, and a small enclosed gravelled garden sits to the rear. Off-road parking is provided for two cars. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted, and bookings longer than a fortnight are by request only. A shop is 3.6 miles away and a pub 2.5 miles, in the direction of Lapford, while Crediton is about 11.4 miles and Exeter around 18.6 miles by car.
