House - Sleeps 7 - Garden - Pets Ok - Parking

This three-bedroom house stands in Paignton, a short distance from Torquay on the English Riviera. A light-filled conservatory opens onto the garden, and a private hot tub sits on the patio outside, a good spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Three bedrooms include a double with its own en-suite (roll-top bath, handheld shower, basin and WC), a further double and a single, served by a separate shower room. The published capacity of 7 already counts a sofa bed in the ground-floor sitting room, on top of the four guests in the two doubles and the one in the single.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee maker, and the separate dining room gives space for family meals or board games away from the gas fire in the sitting room. Gas central heating runs throughout, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, the garden has a patio, furniture, a barbecue and the hot tub, with a couple of steps to watch for underfoot. One well-behaved dog is welcome, off-road parking is provided, and the shop is about 0.3 miles away with the pub a little further at 0.5 miles. Smoking is not permitted, and a refundable bond applies to bookings.
