Greylands Foxglove Barn

Greylands Foxglove Barn is one of three converted properties on a working farm at Holsworthy Beacon, near Holsworthy in North Devon. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits a family or two couples happy to share the site with neighbouring properties and the farm's daily rhythms.

The main living space is a split-level lounge, kitchen and diner with exposed beams and an electric-effect woodburner. The lower lounge area has seating, a dining table and a TV/DVD with hi-fi, and doors open directly onto the private patio for outdoor meals. A short flight of steps leads up to the farmhouse-style kitchen, fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The king-size bedroom has its own television, while the twin room is simply decorated. The single bathroom has a shower over bath and a WC. A downstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom are among the property's facilities, worth confirming at booking if room location matters for your stay.

Outside, the private patio comes with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, opening onto a lawn shared with the other properties on site. A separate games barn, also shared, has a pool table, darts board and toys, making it a practical option for family stays. Ample onsite parking is provided, and Wi-Fi is available but can be intermittent given the rural setting. Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying, and cots and highchairs can be provided on request.
