Elberry Cove View

Elberry Cove View is a maisonette in Paignton, built next to the owner's home and arranged around an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a study off to one side, useful for planning the day's outings. Both double bedrooms have sea views and their own Smart TV, and the property sleeps 4.

A ground-floor shower room and a second shower room, both with walk-in showers, basin and WC, serve the two bedrooms, making mornings straightforward for two couples or a small family travelling together. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, with a further Smart TV and WiFi in the sitting area. Heating, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed terrace looks out over the rooftops toward the sea, a spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink, and a picnic set with a hamper, two chairs and a blanket is provided for days out. A single memory foam mattress is also available as an extra sleeping option for children.

Off-road parking is available for two small cars, or one larger car plus a further roadside space. The shop is around 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.9 miles and the beach 0.4 miles, so most essentials are within easy walking distance. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking.
