This single-storey caravan sits on a quiet holiday park in Paignton, with off-road parking right outside and an enclosed decked area for meals outdoors. The whole property is on one level, so there are no stairs to manage.

Two bedrooms sleep four: a double with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin sharing a separate shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A double sofa bed in the open-plan living area brings total capacity to six guests.

The open-plan space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer for cooking, plus a TV and WiFi for evenings in. Central heating and an electric fire keep the caravan warm, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A shop is around 0.1 miles away and a pub about 0.7 miles, close enough for a quick supply run or an evening out without needing the car.

Paignton itself has beaches and a harbour within walking reach, and the wider area gives more to explore: Torquay is around 3 miles away, Brixham about 5.5 miles and Totnes roughly 6 miles, each a different kind of day out along this part of the South Devon coast.
