This detached house sits in a residential part of Paignton, sleeping up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and four shower or bath rooms. The property is reached via 13 external steps with handrails, and the open-plan lounge and kitchen/diner are up a further flight, so it is worth considering for anyone with limited mobility.

The first-floor lounge has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with a basic Sky package, and views across Broadsands towards Torbay's coastline. The adjoining kitchen/diner is fitted with a Rangemaster oven and gas hob, an American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. A shower room with WC and the twin zip-and-link bedroom are also on this level. A bespoke open-tread staircase leads up to the master king-size bedroom, which has a pool table, three large Velux windows and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Back on the ground floor are the remaining two bedrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite bathroom, and a super-king room that can be arranged as a twin on request. A further shower room with WC on this floor also houses the washing machine, and a wood burner and central heating run throughout the house.

Outside, a south-facing patio leads to a tiered, enclosed garden reached by stone steps, with a lawned terrace and a decked area with sea views, plus a gas barbecue. Off-road parking is available for two cars, with further roadside space nearby. Wi-Fi is included, and a travel cot and highchair are provided. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and the owners do not accept group, hen or stag bookings.
