Ambermist

Ambermist is a single-storey house in the village of Churchstow, in the South Hams district of south Devon. Two bedrooms sleep 5: a king-size room with a TV, and a family room with three singles and its own TV, both served by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The kitchen is well equipped, and a garage-based utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living/dining room has a Smart TV, DVD player and an electric fire, with a dining area that seats five people for meals together. Outside, a garden with a patio and furniture is a spot for morning coffee or for catching the Devon air after a day out.

A cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and WiFi covers the property. Electric heating runs throughout, and fuel and power are included in the rent. Note that steps lead up to the property and the driveway sits on a slope, so care is needed with luggage and pushchairs.

Private driveway parking is provided for two cars, and the shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away in the village. Ambermist does not accept pets, and this property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, so it suits a longer break rather than a short one. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
