3 Bedroom Cottage Hot Tub Garden Parking

This single-storey cottage sits near Dunkeswell, a converted barn in the Blackdown Hills with rolling countryside on every side. The whole property is on one level and sleeps 5 across three bedrooms, with a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area at its centre.

The bedrooms comprise a king-size, a double and a twin, served by two bathrooms: one with a bath, basin and WC, the other a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, useful for younger guests.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and kettle, and central heating covers the rest of the stay. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, a TV is provided in the sitting area, and WiFi is available, though the rural setting can mean it runs slow at times.

Outside, a private courtyard garden holds furniture, a BBQ, a garden swing and a six-person hot tub, though the garden isn't fully enclosed and is roped off at the rear, worth noting with young children. Three steps lead down from the cottage to the garden. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the village shop is around 1.9 miles away with a pub roughly 3 miles further. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted; guests are asked to keep noise down after 10pm.
