Kelly

Kelly is a hamlet in Devon, close to the town of Lifton. Kelly Mill Cottage is a converted former mill sitting within 18 acres of meadowland and 6 acres of bluebell woods, with a mill stream running in front of the property. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a king-size room on the mezzanine level and a twin room on the lower floor, which can be arranged as a king-size on request. A walk-in shower room sits on the lower floor, and the open-plan kitchen and dining area is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, and coffee machine.

The double-height lounge features a wood burner with a first basket of logs provided, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. Outside, a south-facing patio with dining and lounge seating leads across to a hot tub, fire pit, and children’s play area beside the water. One dog is welcome, and stabling with turnout can be arranged on request for guests travelling with horses.
