This single-storey lodge stands within the grounds of Kentisbury Grange, close to Combe Martin, and sleeps four across two bedrooms. Guests can settle into landscaped grounds shared with the wider site, with the option of an on-site restaurant for meals without leaving the grounds.

The open-plan layout puts a lounge with two large sofas and a television alongside a kitchen equipped for self-catering, including an electric oven and hob, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Lavazza coffee machine. A king-size bedroom has its own television and en-suite shower room with WC, while the twin room can be converted to a king-size bed on request ahead of arrival. A further bathroom with a freestanding bath and WC is reached through the second bedroom or the lounge, in a Jack and Jill arrangement.

Outside, a decking area with a private hot tub and a separate patio set offers space to sit out in the evening. Parking is provided for one car, with further parking available nearby for a second vehicle if needed. Internet access is included, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided for younger guests.

The property sits in Kentisbury, with the on-site Coach House restaurant serving breakfasts, lunches, cream teas and evening meals. Up to four dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
