Wagtail Lodge

Wagtail Lodge sits near Sheldon, close to Honiton, and sleeps four across two bedrooms arranged entirely on one level. The main living space is open-plan, combining a lounge with a Smart TV, a dining area and a galley-style kitchen fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. French doors open from the living area onto the garden, and the kitchen also overlooks this outdoor space.

The double bedroom includes integrated storage, while the second bedroom has twin 2'6" single beds, suitable for children up to a stated age. A single shower room serves both bedrooms, fitted with a shower and WC rather than a separate bath. A highchair is available for younger guests.

Outside, the lawned garden is enclosed and furnished with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, and includes a two-person hot tub. Guests also have access to a shared games room with table football, table tennis and a pool table, though the pool table takes 50p coins with proceeds going to the local village church. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and Starlink internet is available throughout the lodge.

One dog is welcome, with a second considered on request, and dogs should be kept under control with barking kept to a minimum out of consideration for other guests on the farm. Day visitors are permitted only by prior agreement with the owners, and fireworks are not allowed due to livestock on site. Arrival is from 5pm and departure is before 10am.
